Vitamin A is also known as retinol and carotene. Is a fat soluble vitamin used to counteract night blindness and aid in improving weak eyesight and many other eye disorders. Helps to maintain a resistance to respiratory infections and proper function of the immune system. Helps keep the outer tissues and organs healthy as well as remove age spots. Promotes growth, strong bones, healthy skin, hair, teeth and gums. Aids in treating acne, superficial wrinkles, impetigo, boils, carbuncles, and open ulcers when applied externally.
