Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin composed of compounds called tocopherols. Of the eight tocopherols alpha, beta, gamma, delta, epsilon, zeta, eta and theta. Alph-tocopherol is the most effective. Vitamin E is an active antioxidant, and aids in the prevention of oxidation of fat compounds as well as that of Vitamin A, selenium, two sulfur amino acids and vitamin C. Important as a vasodilator and as anticoagulant. Vitamin E aids in keeping you looking younger and by retarding cellular aging due to oxidation. Helps supply oxygen to the body to give you more endurance, protects your lungs against air pollution by working with Vitamin A. Helps prevent and dissolve blood clots, aids in alleviating fatigue, accelerate healing of burns, alleviates leg cramps and charley horses.
