In my research on Vitamin T I was unable to find much
usful information. It appears as if Vitamin T is useful in
helping blood coagulate and in the formation of platelets. This
may be helpful with certain forms of anemia and hemophilia.
No RDA has been established and there are no supplements
that I know of at this time for Vitamin T.
Food sources for Vitamin T include sesame seeds and egg
yolks.
For the best sources of Vitamin T please
consult the USDA website.
